Today, consulting leverages organizational transformation processes, which requires relationships of trust and support in the long term.
Network of certified consultants with national and international standards that accompany processes through their own model aligned with the ILO proposal.
Our consultants are seen more as partners than mere external advisers.
The business dynamics currently characterized by constant renewal, great competition, high speed of change and a marked trend towards globalization and digitization, requires organizations to perform optimal work, permanent updating and a lot of external help that allows them to take an extremely accelerated rhythm, consequently with the rhythm of the market.
A growing number of professionals, experts in various areas of knowledge, with extensive experience and experience, provide their consulting services, as external support that generates great benefit to organizations; in addition to offering education, training and / or training processes, as an important support for their consulting processes
The experience of more than 10 years, that Competent People have in processes of qualification and evaluation-certification of competencies of business consultants, allow them to affirm that both consulting companies and independent consultants handle a certain degree of informality in the exercise of the profession (consulting), which causes inconveniences in the services provided, being frequently affected, both the users, as the consultants and the positioning of the consultancy in the market. In this sense, and given the demand for these services, all risks must be controlled through the design and offer of qualification programs that allow to substantially improve the practices of the consultants and frame them in compliance with national and international standards, towards a subsequent certification. competitions
The business consulting table in Colombia establishes that consulting must be a very stable profession; since precisely its main function lies in helping other organizations to get out of problematic situations, sometimes quite complex. Therefore, the consultant must be at the forefront of the consulting processes and respond to the methodologies and guidelines proposed from different instances, such as the ILO, the business consulting table in Colombia and the standardization, evaluation and certification bodies of other countries; standing out in Latin America the CONOCER - National Council for Standardization and Certification of Labor Skills of Mexico.
Identity, credibility and risk reduction in the provision of the consulting service can only be achieved from a good qualification that allows clarifying and unifying concepts. It is essential to establish clear guidelines that regulate the activity of consultants who provide their services to multiple companies in the national and international territory (in some cases) and allow them to perform their work better; as their survival is guaranteed only by outstanding quality, integrity and professionalism.
Fundamental characteristics of Business Consulting:
The consultancy that is hired in a company, does not guarantee that it will get out of all its problems. Consulting is not equivalent to performing miracles. The management of the company must be well aware of this. On the other hand, if quality and independence are guaranteed, consulting does not have to be an external service. Internal consultants are also consultants although there is still no consensus on this position.
In today's business consulting there is a marked trend towards greater specialization, which can be seen first of all in the services provided by consulting firms of all sizes and even by independent consultants. Consultants, more than simple external entities, are today seen as strategic and permanent partners of companies, as well as generators of changes and trends. They are Who speak in the ear of the main businessmen of the country
Over the past ten years, consulting has drastically transformed. Today we are facing a global, specialized industry with greater execution capacity. However, the main change in this knowledge industry is its tangibility. Today, consulting is used when transformation processes are required, which requires relationships of trust and support in the long term. For this reason, consultants are seen more as partners than mere external advisers. More than an expense, consulting is currently conceived as a potentializer of investments. Therefore, price is no longer the decisive variable for entrepreneurs when hiring their services and factors such as the impact and return to be obtained are more decisive.

One of the most effective methods for managing and developing talent within companies is mentoring programs. These allow the knowledge and wisdom of veterans to be passed on to the youngest, creating an environment for learning and growth. The objectives of this system, among others, are:
- Increase knowledge.
- Improve trust between colleagues.
- Increase motivation.
- Learn to communicate better.
- Increase the autonomy and initiative of individuals.
- Improve the level of knowledge of the organization. This practice also offers a series of advantages for the company:
- Development of new talents.
- Ensure the generational change of key positions.
- Attract and retain talent.
- Improve the work environment.
- Of personal potential
- Organizational potential
- Of skills and abilities
What is a mentoring program?
In every mentoring process we will find two figures: the mentor and the mentee. The novelty of mentoring is that it does not consist of the mentor speaking and the mentee listening. It is a collaborative process where communication must flow in both directions. At the first mentoring meeting, the mentor should listen to the mentee and understand what their expectations and goals are. Then, together, they should establish a work program detailing what they are going to do to achieve those goals and in how long. Here the mentor's insights come into play, guiding the mentee through time and offering support. This practice is often very motivating, both for the mentor and the mentee. The former has the opportunity to put his knowledge to good use and the mentee learns from someone who has proven himself within the company.
Meaningful learning through mentoring
With our accompaniment, a learning process is enabled where the mentee perceives and manages their own reality, through their behavior, not only in front of themselves, but with respect to others and their environment, from a propositional and transformative position. In this way, each problem becomes an opportunity and a learning objective.
Development of human talent with mentoring
In an environment of trust and openness, the mentor has the ability to investigate in the search for alternatives, listen empathically, validate the difference, generate spaces to complement and expand the framework of understanding, with methods, tools and concrete actions, which facilitate the achievement of objectives. With this methodology, development scenarios are promoted:
